通宵鏖战查故障 高温抢修保电网——国网葫芦岛供电公司220千伏团山子变电站故障抢修纪实_我的网站

The second part of the film is scheduled to release on March 19, 2026, continuing the thrilling spy saga.Also Read: Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s exchange over Ranveer’s Madame Tussauds statues wins hearts。    联动抢修保安全                    更换电压互感器  王斐 摄                    　　李娇 本报记者 吴连学          　　6月20日18时，在国网供电公司220千伏团山子变电站，随着最后一项操作任务完成，该变电站新更换的220千伏II母线电压互感器顺利投入运行。至此，220千伏团山子变电站恢复全方式运行状态。         　　6月17日17时23分，220千伏团山子变电站监控人员发现220千伏II母线电压所带线路保护断线告警，B相母线电压异常，经测量发现220千伏II母线电压互感器B相均无电压。

B | 运维人员邢亮立即将此情况向电力调度控制中心、运维检修部等上级相关部门汇报，同时立即组织运维人员开展现场设备检查。         　　接到异常信息汇报后，国网供电公司立即组织相关专业成立党员突击队，开展设备异常情况诊断分析工作。

C | 18时30分，确认异常设备为220千伏II母线B相电压互感器本体存在异常隐患，随后申请设备停电开展设备诊断试验工作。直到6月18日凌晨2时，现场人员经过设备外观检查、全面试验，并结合设备厂家和省公司方面的专业意见，最终判断设备内部存在放电故障，不具备投运条件，需要及时进行更换处理。         　　220千伏团山子变电站主要担负着市区和周边工业企业输送电力任务，该变电站II母线B相电压互感器发生故障，直接影响站内保护设备的动作可靠性和计量装置的准确性。由于抢修需对220千伏团山子变电站II母线停电，该站I母线单独承担供电任务，若I母线跳闸将造成诸多重要用户全停，引发五级电网事件，所以这次抢修时间紧、涉及专业多、电网风险高。         　　为确保电网安全可靠运行以及重要客户和滨城百姓可靠供电，国网供电公司根据现场实际情况，迅速启动应急响应，积极沟通省公司专业部门和兄弟单位，协调备品设备并同步制定处理方案。

D | 与此同时，该公司变电检修工区、变电运行工区、二次检修工区、计量中心等多专业协调配合、迅速响应，于6月19日至20日期间进行为期两天的抢修作业，更换220千伏Ⅱ母线B相电压互感器，并按设备异常抢修方案要求开展各项试验和操作。

E |          　　连日来，地区持续高温酷热。在连续两天的抢修作业现场，国网供电公司参与抢修各专业党员定战高温，挥汗如雨，干劲十足。他们有条不紊地指挥吊车和斗臂车，迅速拆装电压互感器，一丝不苟进行接线、紧固螺栓、设备调试试验等一项项作业内容。         　　“螺栓一定要紧固好，线夹要压紧，防止接触电阻过大，导致接点过热。”“保护绳要系好系紧，在斗臂车上面干活儿时刻不能放松，一定要注意安全。”在现场，变电检修专业经验丰富的郭玉琢老师傅反复叮嘱着检修人员。         　　据国网供电公司运维检修部专工朱兴鹏介绍，此次作业该公司共出动4个专业60人次，斗臂车、吊车大型车辆2辆，期间运行人员特巡值守16人次，开展设备特巡9次，更换电压互感器1组。         　　6月20日18时4分，随着新更换的电压互感器成功送电投入运行，此次抢修任务圆满完成，220千伏团山子变电站恢复全方式运行。         　　在此次抢修作业中，国网供电公司各专业、各部门高效协调，积极配合，在最短时间内完成故障抢修投运任务，真正彰显了“葫电铁军”的责任担当和奉献精神，为迎峰度夏期间电网安全可靠供电提供了强有力的保障。
